Repairs
Since Clarecraft closed I now offer a repair service ‘no job too big' I'm sure my friend Colin won't mind me mentioning his Arthur and Lancelot ‘Oh no! It's a scene of devastation' figurines. They were made of plaster and posted to him in a flimsy box, it goes without saying that they arrived in about forty pieces between them. After much puzzling, fiddling, filling, filing, sanding and painting. They looked as good as new. I've done many a Discworld and Clarecraft figurine; the usual suspects being carrots sword handle broken and/or missing, Death and Rincewind bookends- signposts broken off or Rincewinds' hat rim gone. Death and Binky broken off at the hind legs and the Librarian chipped all over. That's just a few, I've repaired all sorts and in pretty much all cases you can't detect the repair. At the moment I'm using Clarecraft original paints so the colour match is also very good.
